The Spring Creek Farms Homeowners Association Board of Directors met on July 28th, 2025 at 6:30pm via Zoom.

The following Board members were present:

• Tim Montie, President

• Dan Sanchez, Secretary

• Stephen Medawar, Treasurer

This did constitute a quorum of Board members.

Laura Beth Guinn was present to represent Acclaimed Property Management.

Tim called the meeting to order at 6:42p.m.

Tim made a motion to approve the June minutes and June financials. Stephen seconded.

The first topic of discussion was plumbing. It was decided to push repairs until after pool season

was over.

Tree removal was next on the agenda, and Tim made a motion to approve a quote to remove two

diseased trees; Dan seconded, and it was unanimously approved.

Tree issues were next on the list; Laura Beth to provide more quotes at the next meeting.

New projects such as a community playground were discussed, and progress on CCR changes

was evaluated.

It was decided to discuss the budget and annual meeting at the next meeting.

With no other business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 7:50pm.

Next meeting will be August 25th at 6:30pm.
